    Measurements are prior to actual boxing of item so final packaging may run a bit bigger. Buyer please ask any and all questions prior to purchase..........if you need more pictures, please let me know.
    Buyer may choose the shipping carrier he/she prefers...........but please know you will also incur the costs of your chosen shipper.....we do not charge any handling fees.
    Due to our remote location...........your item may be shipped on the next/ earliest Thursday as that is the day we make the (80) mile 'round trip into town. Usually our rural carrier will come to the house .........but if his time does not allow............we take our items in on Thursday.
