1966 Mattel Miniature Car Collectors 48 Car Show Case, with 35 cars/trucks/bus/tractors included.
Both the case and all the toy cars are WELL USED. Most are complete, but some are broken, missing wheels or parts, or have been painted by a child.
The case is structurally sound with nice graphics, and shows well. The inner compartments are in good condition. The clear plastic covers that hold the cars in place are in only fair condition at best. Someone tried to tape them together a long time ago (I’ve owned the case for 35 years, and I didn’t apply the tape). They do not close properly. In order to close the case you have to hold the covers in place while closing the case, and slip your hand out of the case at the last second. Takes a little patience, and sounds worse than it is, but I want to make clear that it does take a little effort to close the case without having some of the cars fall out of their compartments. So to reiterate, the case and all the cars are WELL USED, nothing is in mint condition, and some of the toy cars are broken, missing parts or have been painted by children. Look at the pictures closely and feel free to ask any questions you might have.
