    The American Gourmet by Char-Broil Offset Smoker 1280 is perfect for big backyard BBQs and can be used as a charcoal grill or offset smoker. A heavy duty, hi-temp steel lid and firebox make up the outside construction. Other features and components include an adjustable-height steel fire grate, cool-touch spring handle, and convenient front work shelf.
